We dispatch across the United Kingdom via insured courier requiring signature confirmation upon arrival. Standard unworn garments with intact boutique security ribbons may be submitted for return within fourteen calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Under United Kingdom Consumer Contracts Regulations, custom-tailored lengths and opened modesty undergarments are exempt from elective returns. In the rare event of a stitching irregularity, our studio coordinates immediate complimentary restoration or reimbursement.
